Right to Know offers women’s hormone workshops designed to help women understand what their bodies are communicating — and how to respond with confidence, clarity, and care. These workshops go beyond basic cycle education to address real symptoms, whole-body health, and listening to the voice of your body.

Our Hormone Workshop teaches women that PMS symptoms — like cramps, acne, mood changes, and depression — are not something they are meant to simply tolerate.
Rather than viewing the body as broken, we teach women to see their fertility and cycle as signs of whole-body health.
Each workshop includes:
-
A guided explanation of the female cycle and basic "body literacy" charting
-
Teachings on how the cycle is the 5th vital sign
-
Insight into how different symptoms connect to specific phases of the cycle
-
A local medical professional who explains how the body communicates and shares practical ways to address symptoms
-
A message that reframes the narrative around women’s health from frustration to understanding
-
In depth guided meditation to discover your why for healing
Our goal is to help women refute the lie that their "body was made for pain" and instead recognize their bodies as good, strong, and intentional.
Right to Know prioritizes partnerships with middle schools, highschools, sororities, & mom + daughter groups because of their unique ability to foster sisterhood, leadership, and service.
Our Hormone Workshops are often counted toward education and service points.
Many sororities choose to pair the workshop with our optional service component, allowing members to deepen their understanding while serving women in their local community.
Hormone workshops cost $40 a person with scholarships offered
